RESHIPMENTS & REFUND POLICY

 

Reshipments

We keep an eye on your shipments and inform you in case we spot an issue. It is instantly reshipped without any hassles.

We want you to have the best experience and therefore customer service is very important to us.

You will always get the product you ordered or a 100% refund of the money you paid us.

We provide free reshipments in the following cases:

  • If you do not receive the delivery of your order within 45 working days from the date on which you received your tracking number.
  • If you receive the wrong product or a short quantity
  • If you receive the shipment in a damaged condition

Refunds

We offer a 100% refund in the following cases:

  • Where the reshipped delivery does not come through as well
  • If you can offer a genuine and valid reason for requesting a refund before your order is packed and handed over to the shipping company

The refund amount shall not exceed the original amount you have paid us under any circumstances.

We do not offer a refund and you shall need to pay the shipping charges for reshipments in the following cases:

    • Failed delivery attempts and cases where you do not accept or collect the parcel
    • If you have provided incorrect contact details
    • If you have provided invalid shipping details
    • If you have used the Skypax forwarding service

In each of the above cases a reshipment is made only if the shipping company returns the parcel back to us and only after it is received in our facility in an unopened and undamaged condition. We do not offer a refund or a reshipment if the parcel is not returned back to us by the shipping company.
